The GrandWay Hall

LOCATION: THE GRANDWAY EVENT CENTRE

Built in 2020, the 3,800-square-foot hall is one of the largest event spaces in Centre Wellington, accommodating up to 224 guests. If this is more than you need, we can divide the room into a split of 80 and 64 people – or just use the whole room and make the dance floor larger!

Large windows look out onto the 53-acre property and a beautiful partially covered patio space, perfect for a cocktail hour or an outdoor ceremony. A neutral colour palette embraces a rustic yet elegant style, allowing you to put your personal touch on the space.

The GrandWay Hall can be used in conjunction with our grounds for an outdoor ceremony or the River Room as an indoor alternative.

The only limitation to events on our outdoor patio is your imagination! Connected to the GrandWay Hall and Grandway Lounge, the patio overlooks the racetrack and grounds.

The fully licensed space has partial coverage and can be accessed from the trackside or from inside the Event Centre. Perfect for a patio party, beer festival, or show – turn your next outdoor event into a ‘Grand’ one! We host all of our Group Patio Parties during the Grand River Raceway season here.

River Room

River Room

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

The River Room shows you that an event doesn’t have to be big to be ‘Grand’. Located in the new GrandWay Event Centre it provides an ideal venue for a corporate function.

Facing away from the track, the River Room is smaller than the GrandWay Hall but has all the same finishings and access to all the same amenities, such as A/V set up, customized room configurations, and its own private patio space.

If you’re looking for a modern and professional space to host your next meeting, look no further than our new state-of-the-art boardroom ready to accommodate all your needs. With seating for 16 people, an 80″ LED screen, and full 360 video conferencing capability – we make connecting in and out of the board room effortless.

Access our permanent event tent located on the tarmac, trackside and right in the heart of the action. This casual space makes for the perfect private party where you can eat, drink and dance the night away.
