Our award-winning team is proud to welcome you to the NEW GrandWay Event Centre. Only a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Orangeville, and the GTA you will find all the amenities of the inner city with free parking! Our 53-acre property is located minutes from the beautiful village of Elora and the banks of the Grand River. Save some time to explore our picturesque area and the exciting local community, all while making The GrandWay home to your wedding.

Whether you are hosting a large 240-person wedding, a smaller 30-person intimate wedding, an engagement party, shower, or elopement celebration…we got you!

Grandway is a beautiful venue and a perfect location for Elora, Kitchener and Stratford areas for a wedding. We were just married at the Grandway Event Centre and they met our expectations. First of all, this is an amazing place for a wedding, the hall of Grandway is so classy and elegant. The bridal Suite is so huge and so beautiful. Second, The whole team was great and very accommodating. Brittany, our event coordinator is very knowledgeable, very organized and quick to respond to all of my questions. Their team was so great from the officiant, musicians, flower vendors, photographer, etc, are very professional and easy to work with. Lastly, the food is delicious. We have vegan and dairy-free foods and it so tastes good. If you are looking for an intimate or big Wedding, Highly recommend this place.

Brittany was by my side from start to finish and really put in the effort to understand my vision so that she could make my special day perfect. The GrandWay has a great selection of wedding packages depending on your needs and they take care of as much as they can (food, drinks, decor, behind the scenes coordination) , allowing you to focus on the other important aspects. I also was able to host my reception dinner at the GrandWay which was another amazing experience. I would highly recommend working with this venue for any events you may have!

The Grand Experience Package

Starting at: $164/person

The Grand Experience Package is the perfect option for couples looking to celebrate their special day. You will have access to an on-site wedding coordinator to assist with the planning process and orchestrate set-up on the wedding day to ensure the day moves smoothly. In addition, you will also have amenities such as: dining tables and chairs, elegant glassware and tableware, access to in-house AV system and so much more!

Food & Drink Offering 

We are happy to accommodate food sensitivities and allergies along with a variety of meat,  vegan, and vegetarian options!

  • Cocktail Reception: Station served hot and cold canapes (choice of 6)
  • Dinner Menu prepared with ingredients inspired by the season:
    • Artisan bread basket
    • Choice of one appetizer – soup or salad
    • Choice of two entrées – beef, pork, chicken, vegan, or vegetarian
    • Choice of two decadent desserts
    • Coffee (locally roasted) & tea service
    • Presentation and plating of your wedding cake
    • Consumption Bar (pay per drink) or upgrade to all-inclusive (open bar for 8hrs+ wine on tables)

Classic Country Package

The Classic Country Package is designed for couples who are looking for a simple yet elegant offering. A few amenities of the Country Classic include: same-day access to the event space prior to ceremony/reception, wedding party suites, property access for photography, and so much more!

Our Spaces

Have your ceremony outside on our large beautiful patio and ceremony inside! You could also consider involving several different areas of the venue in the day’s plan. A cocktail reception that flows from the outdoor patio into the main banquet hall. A dinner with elegantly dressed tables in the ballroom with a large dance floor for the evening reception. Our Wedding Coordinators can assist you with making your wedding day a Grand one!

GrandWay Hall

LOCATION: THE GRANDWAY EVENT CENTRE

Built in 2020, the 3,800-square-foot hall is one of the largest event spaces in Centre Wellington, accommodating up to 224 guests. If this is more than you need, we can divide the room into a split of 80 and 64 people – or just use the whole room and make the dance floor larger!

Large windows look out onto the 53-acre property and a beautiful partially covered patio space, perfect for a cocktail hour or an outdoor ceremony. A neutral colour palette embraces a rustic yet elegant style, allowing you to put your personal touch on the space.

The GrandWay Hall can be used in conjunction with our grounds for an outdoor ceremony or the River Room as an indoor alternative.

The River Room shows you that it doesn’t have to be big to be Grand. Located in the new GrandWay Event Centre, it provides an intimate location for a small wedding, bridal shower, or another ceremony.

This room still has all of the beautiful finishes of the GrandWay Hall. Embracing a rustic yet elegant style, it has a very neutral colour palette that allows you to put your personal touch on the space in any accent colour of your choosing.

We’re proud to offer full-service catering for events of all sizes and accommodate any dietary requirements that guests may have. Our talented chefs and kitchen staff are dedicated to creating food experiences that won’t be forgotten. Please note that we provide elegant and flexible catering options for our wedding packages, no outside catering is allowed at this time.
