Only a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Orangeville, and the GTA you’ll find all the amenities of the inner city with free parking! Our 53-acre property is located minutes from the beautiful village of Elora and the banks of the Grand River. Save some time to explore our picturesque area and the exciting local community all while making The GrandWay home to your next market or show.

Our Spaces

Find the perfect venue for your next market or show. We specialize in providing creative solutions for unique needs, so all our spaces are extremely flexible and versatile. If you don’t see something here that fits your needs, our Events Team will work with you to find or create a space that does.

GrandWay Hall

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

As one of the largest event spaces in Centre Wellington, we aim to impress. Built in 2020, the 3,800 square foot hall has a fully integrated audio-visual system to make your market or show come to life.

With large windows that look out onto the 53 acre property and access to a partially covered patio, this space has the ability to accommodate up to 250 guests. If this is more than you need, we can divide the room into a split of 110 and 130 people.

If the GrandWay Hall is not enough, it can be used in conjunction with any of the event spaces, grounds, infield, or patio.

Outdoor Patio

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

The only limitation to events on our outdoor patio is your imagination! Adjacent to the GrandWay Hall and Grandway Lounge, the patio overlooks the racetrack and grounds.

The fully licensed space has partial coverage and can be accessed from the trackside or from inside the Event Centre. If all 11,000 square feet exceeds your requirements, we’ll only use what you need. Perfect for a patio party, beer festival, or show – turn your next outdoor event into a ‘Grand’ one!

Paddock & Annex

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

The Paddock (Barns) and Annex can be accessed as individual spaces or combined to create a single venue. Adjoining the GrandWay Events Centre the facility boasts power, running water, concrete floors, and washrooms.

These dynamic and unique spaces are ideal for events such as markets, shows, concerts, and agricultural events.

With 53 acres, grandstand seating, and plenty of green space, our grounds are full of opportunities for your unique event. Let your imagination run wild with ideas for the ½ mile Standardbred Racetrack, all while using the 10 x 14 ft video wall and sound system to connect with the crowd.

We’ve hosted Truck & Tractor Pulls, recreational baseball tournaments, equestrian games, large animal rescue workshops, and so much more. What ‘Grand’ event do you have in mind?

Access our permanent event tent located on the tarmac – trackside and right in the heart of the action. This casual space with power and lighting can be custom configured to meet your needs.

Are you looking for a tent but prefer a more secluded location? Need something larger or smaller? Working with our preferred partners we have access to a variety of tent options and 53 acres to find a solution for you!
