Our award-winning team is proud to welcome you to the NEW GrandWay Event Centre. Only a short drive from Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Orangeville, and the GTA you will find all the amenities of the inner city with free parking! Our 53-acre property is located minutes from the beautiful village of Elora and the banks of the Grand River. Save some time to explore our picturesque area and the exciting local community all while making The GrandWay home to your next birthday, anniversary, or retirement party.

From appetizers to dessert, we are here to create a menu that appeals to you. With a commitment to fresh local produce and in-house preparation, we guarantee a memorable meal for all.

Creative & Customized

Packages can include a variety of equipment such as in-house A/V, staging, tables & chairs, linens, and decor. For something more unique, we can work with a multitude of local vendors to bring your vision to life.

On-Site Entertainment

Incorporating our on-site entertainment is the perfect way to elevate your event. Whether you want to experience the thrill of live racing or have a KILLER night at Murder Mystery – we have something for everyone.

GrandWay Hall

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

Built in 2020, the 3,800 square foot hall is one of the largest event spaces in Centre Wellington, accommodating up to 250 guests. If this is more than you need, we can divide the room into a split of 110 and 130 people – or just use the whole room and make the dance floor larger!

Large windows look out onto the 53-acre property and a beautiful partially covered patio space. A neutral colour palette embraces a rustic but elegant style, allowing you to put your personal touch on the space.

The GrandWay Hall can be used in conjunction with any of the event spaces, grounds, infield, or patio to make your occasion a ‘Grand’ one!

River Room

River Room

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

The River Room shows you that an event doesn’t have to be big to be Grand. Located in the new GrandWay Event Centre, it provides an intimate venue for any party or special occasion.

Despite being a smaller space, this room still has all of the beautiful finishes and amenities of the GrandWay Hall. Embracing a rustic but elegant style, the neutral colour palette allows you to put your personal touch on the space in any accent colour of your choosing.

Wellington Room

Wellington Room

Location: Main Building

  • Expandable space

Located on the second floor of the main building, the Wellington Room provides a flexible space ideal for an intimate party or special occasion. Only steps from the Captain’s Quarters tiered dining room this space is a favourite of those who want to a private place to gather and celebrate, and then jump into the racing action for an evening of entertainment.

Combining the Wellington Room with the neighbouring Boardroom opens the space to further possibilities with its own private bar and up to 1450 sf.

The space is located on the second floor but is fully accessible via an elevator.

Event Tent

Access our permanent event tent located on the tarmac, trackside and right in the heart of the action. This casual space makes for the perfect private party where you can eat, drink and dance the night away.

Are you looking for a tent but prefer a more secluded location? Need something larger or smaller? Working with our preferred partners we have access to a variety of tent options and 53 acres to find a Grand solution for you!

Catering

We’re proud to offer full-service catering for events of all sizes and accommodate any dietary requirements that guests may have. Our talented chefs and kitchen staff are dedicated to creating food experiences that won’t be forgotten.

Plated Dinner

A traditional meal is perfect for any formal affair. Choose your courses from our many delicious options, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Cocktail Style

Encourage guests to mix and mingle while snacking on a variety of hors d’oeuvres and other small bite dishes.

Buffet

Introduce variety to your event with a buffet-style meal. Perfect for when you want to give your guests the freedom to serve themselves.
