Our 53-acre property is located minutes from the beautiful village of Elora and the banks of the Grand River. Packages can include a variety of equipment such as in-house A/V, staging, tables & chairs, linens, and decor. For something more unique, we’re happy to work with local vendors to bring your vision to life.

Our Spaces

Find the perfect venue for your next business meeting or event. We specialize in providing creative solutions for unique needs. All our spaces are extremely flexible and versatile. If you don’t see something here that fits your needs, our Events Team will work with you to find or create a space that does.

GrandWay Hall

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

  • Full A/V Setup

As one of the largest event spaces in Centre Wellington, we aim to impress. Built in 2020, the 3,800 square foot hall has a fully integrated audio-visual system to make your conference, tradeshow, or networking event come to life.

With large windows that look out onto the 53-acre property and access to a partially covered patio, this space has the ability to accommodate up to 250 guests. If this is more than you need, we can divide the room into a split of 110 and 130 people.

If the GrandWay Hall is not enough, it can be used in conjunction with any of the event spaces, grounds, infield, or patio.

Irvine Boardroom

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

If you’re looking for a modern and professional space to host your next meeting, look no further than our new state-of-the-art boardroom ready to accommodate all your needs. With seating for 16 people, an 80″ LED screen, and full 360 video conferencing capability – we make connecting in and out of the board room effortless.

River Room

River Room

Location: The GrandWay Event Centre

  • 945 sf
  • private patio & green space

The River Room shows you that an event doesn’t have to be big to be ‘Grand’. Located in the new GrandWay Event Centre it provides an ideal venue for a corporate function.

Facing away from the track, the River Room is smaller than the GrandWay Hall but has all the same finishings and access to all the same amenities, such as A/V set up, customized room configurations, and its own private patio space.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom

Location: Main Building

  • 16 people
  • 550 sf
  • Combines with Wellington Room

Located on the second floor of the main building this bright venue room seats 16 for meetings and dining in an Executive Board table set-up. With access to full A/V set-up, the space can accommodate all your presentation needs. The space is located on the second floor but is fully accessible via an elevator.

Once the meeting is over this room can also be combined with the Wellington room to provide a larger entertaining space with its own bar.

Wellington Room

Wellington Room

Location: Main Building

  • 65-90 people
  • Combines with Boardroom

Located on the second floor of the main building, the Wellington Room provides a flexible space ideal for your meeting or private party. Only steps from the Captain’s Quarters tiered dining room this space is a favourite of those who want to work hard all day and then jump into the racing action for an evening of entertainment.

Combined, the Wellington room with the neighbouring Boardroom opens the space to further possibilities with its own private bar and up to 1450 sf.

The space is located on the second floor but is fully accessible via an elevator.

 

The Captain's Quarters

The Captain’s Quarters

Location: Main Building

  • 200 people
  • Tiered Seating
  • Overlooks Racetrack

This beautiful tiered dining room seats 200 across five levels, with TVs at all 50 tables. This is a perfect venue for a live speaker/presenter or a show on the bottom tier with the ability to stream coverage to the TV monitors.

The southern wall features an all-glass unobstructed view of Grand River Raceway’s 53 acre grounds.

Catering

We’re proud to offer full-service catering for events of all sizes and accommodate any dietary requirements that guests may have. Our talented chefs and kitchen staff are dedicated to creating food experiences that won’t be forgotten.

Plated Dinner

A traditional meal is perfect for any formal affair. Choose your courses from our many delicious options, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Cocktail Style

Encourage guests to mix and mingle while snacking on a variety of hors d’oeuvres and other small bite dishes.

Buffet

Introduce variety to your event with a buffet-style meal. Perfect for when you want to give your guests the freedom to serve themselves.
