THE MENU:

Roasted Fig & Arugula Salad (Gluten-friendly)
Sweet fresh figs, peppery arugula, crispy prosciutto, and tangy goat cheese, drizzled with a balsamic glaze. 
Alternative Dietary Salad: House Salad (GF Vegan)

Herb-Roasted Quarter Chicken (Gluten-friendly and dairy-free)
Herb-roasted chicken served over herbed wild rice with charred cauliflower and heirloom carrots, finished with a bright chimichurri.

Alternative Main: Soy Roasted Portobello Mushrooms (Gluten-friendly and vegan)
Served over herbed wild rice with charred cauliflower and heirloom carrots, topped with soy glaze.

Candied Lemon & Vanilla Cheesecake (Vegetarian)
Creamy vanilla bean cheesecake, topped with a candied lemon zest syrup.

Alternative Dessert: Macerated Mint Berries & Coconut Whip (Gluten-friendly and vegetarian)
Fresh seasonal berries gently macerated with mint and citrus, served with light, airy coconut whip.
