Hosted at The GrandWay Events Centre, 7445 Wellington County Rd. 21, Elora
Tickets = $150
The night will begin with the following canapes:
Tomato truffle crostini, stuffed cremini mushrooms, and honey garlic meatballs
Followed by a plated 3-course meal
- Butternut squash soup topped with sage cream
- Creamy chicken marsala – brown gravy mushrooms and prosciutto paired with seasonal vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes
- Dark chocolate mousse – homemade dark chocolate mousse topped with caramel sea flakes
Canapes and the 3-course meal will be paired with wine from Malivoire Winery.
Portion of proceeds will be donated to Groves Hospital Foundation.
