There is an exciting celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Saloon. Everyone is enjoying the party, including the horse wrangling contest, until things go awry…

Costume suggestions (not mandatory of course!): Western wear, cowboy hats.

Salad:
Rancher’s Salad – Heritage mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, English cucumber, bacon, and apple chips, served with ranch dressing. (Gluten-free) (Can be vegetarian with no bacon and vegan with no bacon and balsamic dressing)

Main:
Southern BBQ Chicken Supreme – Chicken Supreme marinated in a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans, and Ontario corn on the cob. (Gluten-free)

Dessert:
Cowboy chocolate mousse pot served with fresh cream and berries. (Gluten-free)
